1+1+1=1 Raising Rock Stars Preschool Insert Cards

There are some new Education Cubes insert cards on the Members Only Site that I am SUPER excited to share with you! If you are using the Raising Rock Stars Preschool Curriculum, then this one is for you! I have partnered with Carisa from 1+1+1=1 to bring to you six awesome sets of insert cards designed to be used along with the RRSP curriculum!

ABC Movement & Physical Activities

After a number of requests, I am excited to share a few new sets of Education Cubes insert cards with you! The most recent additions to the Members Only Site are the Alphabet Movement cards and the Physical Activity cards. These are a great way to add some physical activity to learning! (These cards were inspired by the Movement Cards found on The Home Teacher!)

The Physical Activity insert cards are like the ABC Movement cards shown above…without the alphabet emphasis!

For a fun idea, you could use some Physical Activity cards in one cube and some Phonogram cards in another. Roll both cubes. Determine the number of sounds the phonogram makes and perform the physical activity that number of times! For example, if the child rolls the phonogram “a” on one cube and the push-ups card with the other cube, the child would do 3 push-ups because the phonogram “a” makes 3 sounds. The newest addition to the Education Cubes Members Only Site are there sets of continent insert cards. The continents coordinate with the Montessori continent colors.

Cursive Alphabet: Unstructured Learning/Play

Mama of Many from Our Family Adventures used the Cursive Alphabet insert cards in her Education Cubes for some unstructured play/learning time. While stacking the blocks her son sang the alphabet song! Click on the image to read more about how Mama of Many is using the cubes in her home!

Money! Money! Money!

The most recent addition to the Members Only Site are the U.S. Coins insert cards! This is a really FUN way to practice counting money! Add various different coin cards into the cubes. Roll all the cubes and add up the total amount of money!

This set of insert cards can be accessed by joining the Education Cubes Members Only site. (The set includes a full page of coins for each of the six coins represented in the image above!)
