Zooming Over Sight Words

When Stephanie from Shining Our Lights linked up with the Show & Tell, I KNEW my boys would LOVE her idea! Check out how she created a sight word path for her son to drive his car along! Roll the cube and find the corresponding word on the sight word path. Drive the car over the words until you reach the word rolled on the cube! Read EACH word as you drive over it! LOVE IT!  So simple, yet so much fun! (FYI: Stephanie used the You Can Read! insert cards.)  Click on the photo below to see this super fun idea in action!

Spanish Drawing Fun {Pick and Draw}

When Tracey from Tot Play linked up to the Show & Tell, I was so thrilled with her idea that I just had to share it with you all! She and her daughter used the Spanish Body Parts and Spanish Color insert cards along their Pick and Draw game. I absolutely love how they used their Education Cubes and we LOVE Pick and Draw! And, this is fun way to intertwine the two! Click on the picture below for more info on their Spanish drawing fun!

Attention: Mac Users

If you are a Mac user having difficulties downloading the insert cards on the Members Only Site, here are a few solutions that I have worked for other Mac users.

1) Be sure that you are using Adobe Reader for Macs (as opposed to the default Mac viewer) when you are attempting to download. You can download the Adobe Reader for Macs from here for free.

2)  Rather than trying to click on the image to download the file, right click over the image and download the linked file using “Save Link As…” Once the file is saved onto your computer, open the pdf file to print.
Hopefully these tips will be helpful for the Mac users having difficulty!
